Oh GOD. Please stop satans deceptions from being heard by Matthew! Please have him hear Your still small voice as loud as a freight train today!!
Please God make this Matthew's last Fourth of July apart from Your love.

Oh God- I feel and oh so slight breakthrough tonight!!
I praise You for it from the bottom of my being!
He said also, that he 'doesn't want to go back to Christianity,' God, CHANGE THAT!
This was on of the first times I've heard him talk about his past 'actual' relationship with Jesus in a personal way. He's still avidly denying that God is real, but he really opened up talking about how he trusted in Jesus' righteousness during those years. God, I don't understand how someone can walk away from You if what they had really was a genuine relationship. God, so many people say that he's made his choice to not follow You and that's all there is to it, but Lord, I have faith in You tonight. I have faith that You want Matthew back, and that You are still seeking him. Please do not stop seeking him. Please make this his last July apart from You. I am powerless, but You oh Lord are ALL POWERFUL. You can intervene in his life and soften his heart to be used for Your glory. Please Father, do this! Please turn him away from his disbelief. Please turn him away from his worldly views. Please bring him an "AHA" moment where he can look at his life, at Your creations all around and say, "Yes, He has revealed Himself to me. I accept Him."
I have faith that this is possible. Please let it be Your will.

Dear God,

Please help Matthew to be humbled before You to truly repent of his sins and place his trust in You Jesus. Lift him out of his darkness and help him to realize that he is in darkness and not in some state of enlightenment. Help him to realize that Satan's goal is to kill, steal and destroy. Also, that when he doesn't turn to You, he's letting the enemy succeed. Help him to realize that he will have to answer to you Lord on judgment day and give an account for his actions. May Your will be done with Matthew's life as it is in Heaven. May He be one of your children in the near future. In Jesus Name, Amen.

I am still praying for Matthew...Lord, please intervene in this mans life Lord, please quickly. He has gone long enough like this Lord. He once knew you, and now satan has gotten his way into Matthews life. Take satan out of this Lord and bring peace back into his heart, soften his heart and as dontbelonghere said, bring him that "AHA" moment Lord. Let him see the light, that satan has been lying to him and he is king of lies. You do exist, you are the creator of this earth and everything and everyone here. I praise you Lord, please bring peace, love, comfort, strength, wisdom to Matthew tonight please Lord. Let there be another break through, a major one Lord!

Rain Your love down on Matthew all day today. He's so downcast today- speaking of hopelessness. Please show him that not only is there hope in You, but fulfillment, and love. Please God, let this be his last July apart from You.

my dear friends and warriers in prayer. Please pray for Matthew's mind to open and heart to soften.
this evening he had a long conversation with a Christian childhood mentor. my prayer is that it will at least have penatrated his wall. it seems to have, although he plays it off.
Please PLEASE dear God, break through the walls, and show him your desire to commune with you.

Father,
I ask that this will be Matthew's last August without You.
Please show him that there will Only be peace if he is with You.
Please show him that You are the creator of science, and that creation does fit in with logic.
Please provide for him comfort when he thinks about You, and unrest when he thinks about life without You.
I pray this in the name above all names, the one who is able to do more in 5 seconds then I could ever do in a lifetime.

Lord, I'm not going to get into the whole "science vs creation" argument. I do know that there are many things that nobody truly understands, and that we may never understand. God, please show Matthew what is REALLY important: that you love him, and that you want to be a part of his life. Open his eyes to the ways in which renewing his relationship with you can better his life and lead him to a world of peace and calm. Take away the anger that he has inside of him, and soften his heart just as I have asked you to do with other people in my life. Let this young man return to your side and once again experience your love, and devote himself to you.

God of gods,
My heart weeps for Matthew. His words that nothing in life became worth living for once You became dead to him tear at me. It's not without truth- outside of You, nothing is worth living for.
PLEASE show him that You Did die for him not to him, and are not dead!!
Bring him back into Your fold. Give him life, and life abuntantly.

In Your name I pray that Matthew will stop thinking he's "out-thinking" Christianity! Please help him to put aside all 'arguments' ect for long enough to see that when it comes down to it, You are real, and everything science or not was created by You God, our Maker. Please help him to see this daily starting now, and FEEL that You are truth. I ask you Father God, that You will save Matthew from hell, that You will not allow satan or his cronies to have any access to Matthew today, that You will call to him, and that he will HEAR You and listen.

Thank You Father for being real. Please show Your realness to Matthew today in a way that he CANNOT deny. Please guide Ray (Childhood Christian Mentor he recently got back in contact with!!!!!) with words and speak through him that Matthew might find You again and fall in love.
