Glory (even though it is a yankee film, it's ok. now the fact that i like this movie proves that i am not racist)
Sands of Iwo Jima (with John Wayne! i loves his movies!)
virtually any old b&w John Wayne film, preferably from the 30's.

Ahhh, a lot of star wars and lord of the rings fans. I like the third lord of the rings in the battle part where the dudes head flys off. LOL
