blogdab -> If the world could see we would all have to choose. (4/15/2008 12:17:55 AM)

Recently I was sent an email explaining how chariot wheels and human bones were discovered where the Israelites crossed a body of water on dry land. Did research and found a web site describing an archaeological site that has been closed since 1982. This is when Ron Wyatt (died 1999)dug on a hill called Galgotha and discovered holes where crosses were placed in the ground for crucifixions, A stone and seplcure and a hammered out golden box with very significant artifacts were found. A crack in the rock near the middle of three crosses extended down through the rock to the cave below where a golden box is. In the crack above the box and on the crack of the cracked stone that covered the box was a dark material. When tested was found to have 22 chromosomes and an x and y. Typically humans have 46 plus an x for females and xy for males. wyattmuseum.com

Well the 'World' will not see the world loves sin too much is why the Lord calls evangelists to spread the Word of Truth. Such information on DVDs would surely be refuted by someone else who wishes to deny the truth. And thus is best to rely simply on Scriptures and testimony.

Just the opinion of a small town preacher

In 1999, a new book was put out with MUCH more proof Wyatt's "discoveries" were false. "Holy Relics or Revelation" by Russell R. Standish and Colin D. Standish of the Hartland Institute gives detailed and well-documented proofs that Wyatt's "discoveries" were bogus. The authors are Seventh-day Adventists, but the Hartland Institute is an independent organization, not affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist church.
The book is VERY WELL documented. This book makes it quite plain that Ron Wyatt never provided evidence for his outlandish discoveries that he said he had in his videos. That Wyatt doctored the videos with manufactured evidence becomes quite plain after reading the book.

[8|]I have been reading more on this tonight. I cut and pasted this from the site I was reading. I have known about this for a week now. It is very controversial. And for good reason. What an impact this would have on lives. Apparently, all the information about this discovery has not been released. Therefore, critics can refute the claims.

I didn't know about it until a week ago. It still has my attention. I think others may find this interesting to read about. I put some info from the web site below[sm=sadquestion.gif]

Ron Wyatt was either deluded or a fraud. He was not an archeologist. I went to one of his seminars and he claimed to have discovered just about everything under the sun. Even many (if not most) YEC's reject his findings.

Since Ron Wyatt presents information contrary to Cow's worldview, I'm sure people aren't falling out of their chair when he calls Ron Wyatt a fraud and deluded, and whatever else he uses to denounce him. However, there are plenty of people who would consider Ron Wyatt's findings to be fishy at best, and many have distanced themselves from his findings. I personally haven't done any investigation of his findings.

Don't take my word for it. But don't discount it just because it comes from the evil cow. [sm=icon_smile_evil.gif]Check it out yourself.

So... is it possible that they have Jesus' DNA?

It's certainly possible, but how would one ever be able to test such a notion?

I don't know, I do find it strange that their claiming to have haploid human blood. What's up with that?

Jhud -> RE: If the world could see we would all have to choose. (4/17/2008 1:40:04 PM)

Well, the man who claimed that, Ron Wyatt, is dead and he never provided any evidence it was true. There is little reason to believe it is.

Not even a reference? The scientist that looked at the stuff under the microscope?

I have never seen any verifiable reference; it would seem if something like this had been found, it would be fairly easy (and beneficial) to verify.

I looked into his findings some time ago and it didn’t take me long to figure out that his conclusions are sorely mistaken. I am going to put my neck on the chopping block and openly state that I agree with cow on this point.

drmonkey, that's only because you choose to interpret his findings with atheistic, humanistic, naturalistic, materialism, satanistic, evilistic, bad-personistic tendencies.

haha, we may have some disagreements over Genesis etc, but fundamentally we believe the same things. Our agreements greatly outweigh our disagreements. Its just that arguing is so much more fun than agreeing... ;)
