Or was he ever gone?

I have not noticed many Ronnie Hinson songs out there in awhile until just recently. Maybe it was just me.

The recent songs I have heard, however, are OUTSTANDING!

The Ride - The Hoppers
Praying Man - Brian Free and Assurance
It Took - Three Bridges

...just to name a few.

I also believe he made the top ten in nominations for Favorite Songwriter! GO RONNIE!

I noticed that he had some songs on the chart.

And he does a great job on The Ride.

I'll have to go back and look but a couple of months ago or so Ronnie Hinson had 4-5 songs in the Top 80 on the Singing News at one time. I'm glad to see him back on top. He is a gifted songwriter.

He was also the writer of Three Bridges #1 hit from 2007 "A Little Song Coming On" and the current top 10 hit from the Inspirations, "That's Just God (Doing What He Does)". He also got my vote in the Fan Awards this year for songwriter.

One of my favorites to hear him sing was his verse on the Florida Boys rendition of "The Cross in the Middle." Ronnie has such a "soulful" voice.
