my brother is also 235 pounds. except he cant even squat his own self without rounding his whole back and moving his hands forward so that he doesnt fall back.
he kinda looks like jabba the hutt
when hes out of high school (since supposedly 12th grade is hard.. its just that at 12th grade kids arent used to really working, otherwise its pretty easy if you study right and with the right time management... unless you are studying to get into medical college to be a doctor) im gonna make him squat his tush off.though he has bad knees. poor dude. thats what he gets for becoming taller than me though! mwahhaah

girls.. and guys need to realize that looking good barely has to do with weight, it has to do with muscle/fat percentage.
there are girls in olympic weightlifting that i go too that weigh around 140 pounds and are 5' 4" but they have awesome legs and not a lot of fat.
but of course noone listens to me. except for randy. good boy.
dont be like my college mate.... guy.. who didnt eat anything for 3 days cause he wanted to lose weight. all he lost was water and muscle. and he thought he lost 10 pounds... maybe like.. 1 pound of fat.

its more than that. the physical world may seem as.. "immature" or "unspiritual" to care about, but its there, and for a reason. and everything that actually happens, happens in the real world. the tool to making things happen is your body. whatever you wanna do.. its generally better to have your body as your "ally" rather than an enemy...

Only I don't quite have an hourglass shape. It's weird, my sis is really thin, tall, and not curvy. I'm the opposite, and we envy each other most dreadfully! 
I don't have chicken legs. It takes a lot of muscle to jump horses.
Perfect=God. How is God relevant? Haha. 
I'm retarded.
