We're getting Texas Roadhouse here soon. It's in the final stages of construction.

I'll trade you a Texas Roadhouse for a Longhorn Steakhouse.

I was gonna keep it as a surprise, but I figured with me being THIS excited about it I wouldn't be able to do it, so...

This was the last KU home game of the season that I will see. The actual last game is next Friday, but I am going to Wichita for the River Festival on Thursday for the weekend. I will get to see an Wichita State game.

Speaking of baseball, the Vols played themselves out of the tournament this weekend, being swept by Kentucky.

I saw the pink bats. I hope that after today that they auction them off for charity.

And I had leftovers from Texas Roadhouse for supper.

They ate the WHOLE thing at Tony's last night. No leftovers from there this time.

I'll try to not call you Joey when we finally meet.

Of course Joey doesn't have Loverly and those 2 GB boys, so maybe I can keep it straight.

Baseball is never exciting for me.

But I do like to see UT do well. I think the new coach is good and will rebuild the team.

Texas Roadhouse

I always get the same thing though: Hot and Bleu salad and Tater Skins. By the time I eat the peanuts, a couple of rolls and two tater skins, I am full. Which means I bring the salad home for the next meal.

I know. This one is going to be a little strange. Last year when I was there is when Mom had her stroke.

I remember. (((((Gary)))))

Thanks Sharon.

Hot and Bleu salad...yum!!!

Rolls with cinnamon butter...yum!!!

We have 2 TR here in town, but not Longhorn. I figured we could let one go in a swap.

Do you come up to K-town or do you have a TR close to you?

So there is a big party planned for June 28th? Just to celebrate my birthday?

Actually it is the 29th.

Now, we explained to you that we didn't have a cooler to keep leftovers. Otherwise I would have ordered a BIG hamburger.

Tony has the best side dishes of any place I've eaten. Mrs. K and I shared ours and the asparagus casserole, baked beans, squash casserole, and onion rings were all excellent.

We usually go to the one near Knoxville center. It is about 25 miles from our house. We have been to the Sevierville one, about the same distance. There is a Fuddruckers there too. When the Mull concerts were at Governor's palace, we would eat at one of the two.

I know you 'splained that to me but just had to post it.

Christi, they really did not have a cooler last night so they ordered down!!!!! Mrs. C. and I had a cooler but WE DID eat the whole thing also. Sweet Kathy did run her leftovers home prior to concert. The benefits of living close to Tony's.
Just remembered, is Kathy on the June 28th list yet?????

She did? Could you see if she's still hungry?

Do you have some homework for her to eat? I really like her to only eat dog food so she will know that she is a dog (she thinks she is human).

You are welcome to come and stay over for your birthday.

It would be a great time for you to be introduced to live Southern Gospel music. A great concert lineup, plus the Kingdom Heirs on your birthday.

We will buy you German Chocolate cake.

Ruth, you are very funny.

But don't worry about the homework. I will assign plenty more.

That is very tempting. I am going to Indiana in early June for the Singles GT. I had not planned any other traveling until my two week vacation in August. Let me think about it.

Santa,

"they ordered down"

I like the way you put that. I need to do it more often myself.

Is Kathy coming next month for sure? Wow, we're gonna have a big crowd for dinner...I love it!

Come on over...looks like we have quite the crowd gathering for that night. Except Sharon-Marie...the biggest gathering of posters and she won't be there!!!

Wait a minute...I had to buy my own GCC!!!

Our name tags should have screen names and real names on them.

I get together with ladies from my local moms message board and when somebody asks me my name, they look puzzled and then I tell them my screen name and they are like .
