I finally caught up and read all about the toast....  ..........good grief!! Toast?!?!? Maybe an English Muffin.......
I went bowling last night for the first time in........30 years, I think. The guys I went with were just toddlers last time I bowled (that was a little depressing). I ripped off (to the quick) a thumbnail with my first gutterball. After that, I found just the right weight ball and actually ended up bowling a few strikes and DIDN'T have the lowest score after all!! That was quite a shocker to me. But next time, I think I want the bumpers.

Normally, Mr. Cranky is the type to have our vacations scheduled and packed with stuff every moment of every day. 
This time I convinced him to take it easy and he let me pick the pace--we did a lot more sitting, but he said he actually enjoyed it more than any other vacation. I'm sure the view helped. We decided the view had something for everyone--water, wildlife, industry (boats), and an engineering structure (bridge).
Oh how very awesome.
