Apple Cider Vinegar (Full Version)

Someone just told me today that drinking apple cider vinegar with honey helps cure allergies. Is this true? Has anyone out there tried this? How did it work for you?

You may want to check this thread out which talks about vinegar...

As to the honey ~ from what I've heard, honey is beneficial for many things but is often more beneficial if it's 'local' honey (ie made in the area you live in.
