yay - i have backup, joy's here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cheesecake is evil? let's examine some evidence from arthur (of pbs fame)

Boy: I hate poutine. It's evil.
Buster: Evil? Maybe I shouldn't eat it.
----
Poutine: (in fantasy sequence) Buster, it is I, your plate of poutine. Do not kick the ball to Arthur. Kick it to that tree over there. It is open.
Buster: (spaced out, completely under the poutine's control) Yes, the maple tree. Thank you, poutine.

Allow me to deconstruct this. Or attempt.

See, in this little ditty, Poutine is evil, and has a bad influence on Buster. It's telling Buster to do things that he shouldn't do.

So perhaps Ed is implying that cheesecake is evil, and therefore causing him to do things he shouldn't do. Maybe Ed isn't AGAINST cheesecake, but rather afraid of the consequences of listening to cheesecake....

How have I missed this... Ed is spreading rumors about cheesecake being evil!!?? And no one alerted HSGMA?

NO, my dear ones- cheesecake is not evil. Lack of cheesecake warps the brain making one make up evil cheesecake stories... the only solution here is to eat cheesecake until you see reason...

Hi Ed. Hope you are not working too hard today!

HSGMA you're chock full of insight. Perhaps Ed is cheesecake deprived.

Heyyyyy, Ed!!! Yoohooooo! I think I'm going to whip up a delicious amazing melt in your mouth cheesecake tonight. I can save you a piece, if you'd like!!!

I'm sure it's true FB, cheesecake deprivation is a nasty thing!

Rach, what is this nonsense about a boxed cheesecake... can that even be called a cheesecake? To make cheesecake one must start with 3 to 4 8oz blocks of cream cheese, add at least 1 cup of sugar, around 4 eggs, flavoring if desired (I do love lemon, but also have done raspberry chocolate), sometimes a sour cream layer on top, or a glaze, or sour cream and glaze... yuuummmmm, I getting hungry for cheesecake- what a surprise, LOL!

It was a tough choice too... white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, or chocolate amaretto... so many cheesecake choices, so little time, sigh!

Now that we have heard from the psych. specialist, do you think its time to deliberate. I'm calling for a light as air cheesecake w/raspberry drizzle sentence; a lifetime of cheesecake therapy, without parole

Hmm...he claims insanity. Could that be linked to denial and deprivation? *Takes out therapy notebook*

I'm thinking he's a level 2 (boarderline level 3) cheesecake offender... perhaps some reality therapy would be useful, although the delusions are prevalent (as noted by the denial factor...); he could be a tough one, ladies. I think parole would be waaayy too dangerous!

HSGMA - should reality therapy include the cheesecake muffins that I just had Igor whip up, or would that be too much temptation?

The munchkin was watching The Food Network last night, and there was an episode dedicated to making cheesecakes.

You know...I've made a discovery in this thread. So far there have been NO votes for IWFNE not liking cheesecake.

That means one of 2 options:
1) Either Ed has not voted (and I'm sure that once he sees this he might do it! lol)

or

2) Ed HAS voted and he voted for liking cheesecake..... or liking cheesecake with the <ahem> ladies.
