We will run this thread until the 7th (it's full 7 days) then I will start the poll. Soooooo, nominate your favorite!
We are back to either one nomination or one second this month. I will tell you why I did it differently for April later.
Here are the rules for nominations/eligibility:
OFFICIAL SUPERFAN RULES
ELIGIBILITY:
--PARTICIPANTS: All participants (ones nominated and voters) must be registered users of the Salem Community Network forum, regardless of portal used to come to these forums, and have a demonstrated love for Southern Gospel Music, either as a fan or a performer.
---NON-WINNERS: Any person who did not win the poll for the month is eligible to be re-nominated in the next month. [I.e. someone who did not win in January is eligible for re-nomination for February’s SuperFan poll.]
---THE MONTHLY WINNER: The monthly winner is ineligible for nomination in all future monthly SuperFan polls for the current year, but he/she may nominate/second others and vote.
NOMINATIONS:
---WHEN TO NOMINATE: All nominations for the upcoming month will be taken on the last seven days of the current month in a “Nominations Thread.”
---WHO TO NOMINATE: You may nominate yourself or another person, but past monthly winners are not eligible for re-nomination. [See PARTICIPANTS] All participants are allowed either one nomination or one second of someone else’s nomination, but not both. Since there is an overlap in nominations and the end of the month’s poll, you may re-nominate someone already on the poll and is currently not winning. However, if they should happen to win by the end of the month your re-nomination is invalid.
---DECLINING NOMINATIONS/OPTING OUT: Any person who is nominated may decline the nomination, or opt-out if currently on a poll, at any time, even if they are currently in the running for ULTIMATE SUPERFAN.
---IF YOUR NOMINEE DECLINES: (1) If a person you nominate declines the nomination within the nomination thread, you may nominate a new person or second someone else’s nomination. [REMEMBER: each nomination/second is to that person's benefit!] (2) If the person is already on either the monthly or USF poll and chooses to decline further participation, then you cannot nominate someone to fill that slot, but you may re-nominate them for the following month.
