I would love to have some advice here,, help plzzzzzzzz

I am in a work place that I care for the disabled,, and one of these people have been going around and
telling others' that how they are unhappy with me,, and asked them if they were happy with my job per
formance,, and this dose affect me in some ways' ... a person talkin behind my back and saying stuff that
is not true,, why does this happen,,

... this is just basically some of what is going on ... any questions... plzzzzz ask me.

Well, this is my question..here it goes/



You all, help, what would you do and how would you handle this situation.. ?

Congratz Rick! Thats awesome so that was big thing huh lol but for some reason I thought you were already engaged??

Hi Rosamaria, I would pray about what to do but maybe you should talk to her about it? but thing is this patient is probley unhappy and just needs someone to take it out on, if the patient really thought you did such a horrible job would they not requested that someone else help them instead? I am sorry your having a rough time I will say a prayer for you.

I have talked about being engaged for a while, it just didn't officially happen until then. :)

by the way, Monday workdays suck. Next Monday is memorial day though, so NO WORK! YAY!

<-- Tonight I debut my awesome car in my online racing league, you can watch at OLRtv. It's just like regular tv, except it's on the internet, and you are in a chatroom while you watch.

It starts at 9:30 PM EST, and I'm obviously the #21 car.
If you follow NASCAR, I'm sure you will know who some of the people racing tonight with me are...

yeah. There are actually three of us in the league all from Greenville. (Jody Green, Scott Paton, and of course... me)

I love racing online though, it really is alot of fun!

every time I read this, I think of the song by Disciple "Blow the House Down" lol.

I'd like to see them, I think I know most of their songs, so that would let me get really into the show!

Cool .. thanks for your caring response, cuz I deeply appreciate your concern of prayer.. always needed! May I say.. I tried to talk to her about it.
but nothing is going down.. she will not talk to me.. What would you do..??? Just what th atmosphere to cool down if you know what I mean.. yeah.

You must be right that she is unhappy, I dont' think it is possible to find someone else cuz I am only one whom is caring for her.. this is a private home.. and I am working for others' but in also in private homes',, you understand?

Cuz, most of the people I care for are takin off to visit family and they had much
work for me to do over the weekend and including Monday..

well if she want talk to you about it, dont worry to much about her bad attitude show her that your not quiting or giving up on her lol
continue to pray for her, and be humble.

give the situation time and prayer because maybe she will come to see that your there helping because you care and not because its just your job, maybe you will even be able to share Gods word with her.

I know its tough situation but God will work with it, but continue to be humble...inspite of what has happened.

I will continue to pray for your situation, I am sorry you had busy weekend, hope today goes smoothly ^_^


My weekend was alright I got to go out to eat and rest my weekend was lazy but thats nice ^_-

It's so good to be home. I'm back at work now... I had to get up waaaaaaayyyy to early for my liking. I was enjoying being able to sleep in while at school.... Kinda ironic.... anyways happy birthday to my brother.!
