Whoever invented junk foor that is totally no good for you hit the jackpot and became rich doing it. I cut way back on eating all the junk foods last year and have lost 12 pounds.

I don't dare go within eating distance of a bag of Doritoes. i cut those out all together. They are addicting. However my weakness is BBQ corn chips. I luv em! But my waisteline doesn't. Kryspy Creme donuts are another one I stay away from. I gain a pound everytime I look at a donut.

Doritos
Those apple pies from McDonalds

Not really a candy person but I like junkfood. I cut down a lot.

No. I am not enslaved to any food anymore. I can eat what I please when I am hungry, and leave it when I am not. I love that freedom. I don't have to worry about what will happen if I let myself have one piece, or if there is a party where they are serving one of my favorites, or what the holidays will do to me, etc.

Lately, I have had trouble fighting off urges to eat Cookies-n-Creme Ice Cream and Oreos. When I stopped by my parents' today, she had bought some Keebler "Grasshopper" cookies. (They are just like the Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies. Have mercy!!)

Cocoa Krispies cereal is another weakness of mine...with Vitamin D milk, of course.

Ooo, I've also had cravings for cheesy eggs w/ toast for breakast. Yup, that'll go straight to the waistline. Why can't healthy foods taste so good??...or be so affordable???

back a year ago all i really ate was pizza, spaghetti, corn flakes with milk, greek gyros, goodys(something like mc donalds but way better) stuff like that. i didnt like sweets ever all that much.

now i just eat everything

I was really like the Taco Bell Mexican Pizzas for a while. When I was single and living alone I ate fast food like almost everyday or go to a estaurant. Mostly it was Taco Bell and Carl's Jr., but I LOVED ordering the biggest most fattening breakfast at Shari's with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, hashbrowns and buttered toast. Makes me sick thinking about it.

Right now my biggest junk food is sherbert, fruit snacks and cereal bars. Gotta have my sweets, but at least they have vitamins in them now. LOL!
