Maybe Daniel hangs around to see what he doesn't want to be when he gets old. That and the fact that he knows old people love to tell stories on what they remember about young people. My sisters are always razzing me about being old too. They tell me they're already checking out the antique shops to decide which one to check me into in a few years. I just love young people.

...and I love old people.

But I love young people and little people, too.

Actually, I think of it as quite a compliment of people think of me or tell me that I'm older than I actually am.
There will come a day that no longer applies.

As for now, I'm going to bed. Goodnight y'all lovely peoples!

I just had the sweetest phone conversation with the birthday girl.
{{{SONY}}} Sorry I had to run and take that other call!

Thank you, Lynn, it was wonderful to hear from you!

I noticed earlier where Daniel called me old (or at least said I would be if I got married). I guess there are advantages to being single.

Just tell Daniel that since he keeps hanging out with us in Geezerland that he better stop calling you old.

That's because you're young. When you're old, you'll want people to call you young.

Good night, James. Sweet dreams!

On another topic, God has blessed me with an awesome sunset this evening!

I suppose so. But I think I might be tickled to death if I'm 80 and a little kid asks if I'm 120.

As I've learned this week, it's not always necessary to say what my plans are. In the words of a certain sister of mine, "Don't assume you know what I'm up to."

Santa, I hope you were calling her sassy.
Goodbye, Santa. I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow! I know I will.

Yep!

Santa, Jasper or Cumming?

I vote for Santa.

I used to work with a guy named Cumming, but he was going to change his name so his Aunt would leave him her fortune.

And I'm not sure I can trust Jasper.

We've got to go to Hiawassee in the morning. Our daughters trailer needs some work done on it and we're gonna meet the repairman at 9:00 up there.

You and Mrs. C be careful driving tomorrow. Rain is supposed to clear out tonight. It hasn't rained hard today, just slow and steady. The type the grown asorbs.

Cumming. Be there about 10 or 15 minutes and turn around and come back home. Y'all be careful traveling tomorrow Bobby.

I'll be happy if they look in my coffin and say: "He sure looks good for 120."

Thanks for the prayers for travel tomorrow. Appreciate it.

Happy Birthday Sony. May not have time to post in the morning.

Good night all. Real early alarm call in the morning.

Be Blessed.

You mean that other people have made you guess who they were? That doesn't sound very fair to me.

Oh yes. Some people seem to get a kick out of me going, "Hmm. I'm not sure. I can't think." (By that last statement, I figure out that I'm not telling them something they don't already know.)

Kerr, you and Sony should form a comedy duo.

Santa, you and Mrs. C. get good sleep tonight.

That's funny. I don't think of myself as a comedian but I'm glad I made you laugh. I'm not sure I could keep up with Kerr though. He's quicker than I am.

I know. I was born at 12:01 a.m. and as long as I can remember, I try to stay up until then to watch the day roll in (although it gets harder as I get older so we'll see if I make it). Are there any streamers on here to celebrate the new year?
