With the release of the new movie, I thought we could find out which Narnia book was our favorite. So votes away!

Konstantinos -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 3:27:24 PM)

Final_Fantasy_fan -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 3:29:56 PM)

DreadPirateRandy -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 3:35:38 PM)

I haven't read any of them.

Still, I'm going to see Prince Caspian nonetheless. It'll be awesome, even if I am confused.

violinist_for_jesus -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 3:41:59 PM)

I read them all many times, I don't have a favorite, they are ALL AWESOME! Prince Caspian will be the first movie that I've seen in a theatre in at least 10 years.

ChiefWannahakaloogie -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 8:04:06 PM)

i've never read them and i dont really want to. the first movie was boring, but the next one looks ok.

IceQueen15 -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 8:33:59 PM)

Lace, as much as you read, I find it impossible to believe that you don't like Narnia.

ChiefWannahakaloogie -> RE: Narnia (5/7/2008 11:04:25 PM)

i dont read all that much compared to some people.

i was just always bored with it [8|] narnia, i mean.

inhale_exhale -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 1:13:53 AM)

umm... the magicians nephew is BOERING!!
but its good to know were it started.
but picking a fav. is hard.
i have read them all.
and like them all.
so... idk.

ShutterBox -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 2:09:53 AM)

i haven't read any of them. I saw The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, and it was great. I expect the same from Prince Caspian.

All I have to do is lean over and ask my sister if i get confused. she read all the books.

_MavericK_ -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 1:34:19 PM)

I loved the Dawn Treader. Caspian was always my favorite character and he was great in that one.

LJ17 -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 2:02:06 PM)

Oh man. All of the books were good. I can't choose a favorite. Prince Caspian is awesome.

_MavericK_ -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 2:03:43 PM)

I wanted to go see it on the opening day, but I have a concert that night. YAY!!!

rae_of_light -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 3:40:58 PM)

I realllllly liked Horse and His Boy. I found the concept of the horse being in charge and telling the rider what to do so... fascinating!!

IceQueen15 -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 7:13:27 PM)

i havent read narnia books before r they good?

PrincessButtercup -> RE: Narnia (5/8/2008 9:08:45 PM)

I looooooooooooooooooved the Dawn Treader. So awesome.

But I am extremely excited about Prince Caspian. [;)]

Ronnizzle -> RE: Narnia (5/9/2008 9:05:41 PM)

i'm about to start the last battle, but so far i like them all. the magician's nephew is rather slow to get into, but definately answers many of the questions i had reading the lion the witch and the wardrobe. the horse and his boy was good and prince caspian was awesome. i really like the silver chair and voyage of the dawn treader was good. i read the silver chair in one day.

as far as the movies go, i loved the first one and i'm sure the second one will be just as good, if not better. the only reason they're going out of order in production of the movies is because prince caspian is the only other book where all four pevensies are in the story the entire time, so they had to make this one right have the lion the witch and the wardrobe, otherwise the actors would've been too old and they would need to recast, which personally, i hate when that happens. so yea, that's how i feel about narnia....

violinist_for_jesus -> RE: Narnia (5/9/2008 9:08:07 PM)

The last battle was good. But I thought that all of the Pevensies reunite? Isn't there a train accident...?

Ronnizzle -> RE: Narnia (5/9/2008 9:10:12 PM)

well, i mean that all four pevensies were involved in the entire plot of the story....they all reunite in the end of the last battle, but it's only like lucy and edmund that are in the whole story...i think anyways...it's been awhile since i read it

violinist_for_jesus -> RE: Narnia (5/9/2008 9:14:17 PM)

Isn't it Jill and Edmund though? Oh, btw, when they get to the Last Battle, the current Pevensies will be about the same real age as they are in the book.

Ronnizzle -> RE: Narnia (5/9/2008 9:21:40 PM)

i'm not sure....i'm to busy thinking about other things to remember.....

SamPaasch -> RE: Narnia (5/9/2008 10:11:42 PM)

Has anyone tried the Narnia radio dramatized version??? Focus on the Family dramatized the whole Chronicles of Narnia. Look them up at your local library. They are awesome, stay in line with the books, and are fun to listen to. About 2-3 CD's per Chronicle.
