I voted that my kid does the mowing, but he is 45 years old. He does a great job of it.

Oh! Yes, "Trinidad" is such a cute name, except every so often I call him "Francisco"...he's the cook at our church pre-school! They are both such nice guys that I get them mixed up!

I have to say that our neighbor across the street has the most beautiful yard. He works in it everyday. Meticulously. He is Filippino and takes great pride in it and it shows. It's just so pretty.

I went over to ask him how he decides what plants to use and how to landscape them into the lawn and realized that his english and my filippino was not so good.

But we smiled a lot and shook hands. His wife came out with their very young son and we all just pointed and smiled.

I'm such a goob It was nice to meet them though.

Other- we don't have a lawn. We have desert landscaping in the front, which means rocks and a cactus. In the back we have weeds...and they're taller than I am. We do need to get something back there to take care of that, but at least you can't see them over the fence.

I push my lawnmower and enjoy the exercise. We have water restrictions so the yard doesn't look as pretty as it used to look, even though we have pop up irrigation. Just not allowed to use it this spring.
