oh yeah forgot to add. I may be having a small base to work with but God will drop people in your way to help you along.

an old friend i used to chit chat with years ago online in chatrooms, seems she just added a new radio station to the three she owned(( I did not know this))). it is strictly SG and she said send an album to her and she will have them put it in rotation. and she said will be advertising it for free on the stations website when i get them put out. God is good.

station is outside St. Louis somewhere.

well folks. it isn't offical yet, but here goes an update

a friend on the boards here introduced me to a tenor singer my age who also plays the bass. he wants the same as me in music ministry, feels the same about dress on stage, about the style I want to play, and his wife can help a lot with managing and business side of a group. can you say God will provide. isn't official but i can pray it all works out.

oh yeah, i forgot. i came into enough money yesterday to pay for the studio and all to get an album out. although am gonna be trying to record 2 and have more than one product out.

PTL Hallelujah

Congratulations.

Though I'm still trying to wrap my mind around a tenor playing bass.

thanks Mike.

I am wanting a group that plays instruments. that way can have a band and a quartet. am looking for a female piano/keyboard player. can add female harmony and means can add mixed group sound to a Church service. I won't say concert because I want my "concerts to be a Church service.

as for the tenor singer, he is modest but someone else gave me good comments on him. someone I highly value the opinion of

quick lil update. I am expecting a fone call this week from one of this area's best lead singers. one of the men at Church works with his sister and wanted to make sure I still needed a lead singer before he gave my number out. PTL. if he is hired will have a tenor, lead, bass((( with some dropping of voice been told am a nice mellow bass not the chainsaw growling which to me isnt singing))), also will have a bass player, guitarist, drummer. will need baritone and a piano player.

That is good news bro! I may have made a few good contacts on preaching in the Tennessee area. I tell ya, I'm looking forward to the time that I have so many places wanting me to preach that I have a full schedule.

If you could find me a place down there, you'd have a baritone.

Oh yeah... and a job. I'm not gonna try to get by on my looks.

Ditto. Actually I have sang everything but tenor. But I'm not a great Bass. Hard to stay in Key in the very lowest part of my range.

well, the group is set except for high lead and baritone still. have 4 instruments, 4 people singing. 2 in the quartet, piano player doing female harmony, and guitarist doing male harmony vocals.

have a song written by our own armydude's wife that is a barn burner. one of them slow altar call songs. already told my tenor singer this one is his.
