Yes God will keep working on your husband SmyLynn. You just keep him in your prayers and your eyes focused on Jesus. God's will , will be done for you sis.

I've come to place where I am forced to stop paying my husband's bills. I was doing all the bill paying and he refused to do direct deposit. I asked to see a pay stub, he still hasn't provided it. He had been depositing about 1/3 the amount I was. So I told him to start paying his own bills and then deposit $50 into my account to match my $50 for an IRS debt. I pay 100% of the rent and utilities, and 100% of our health insurance. He may buy food once in a while but we got so low that I had to ask my teenage daughter to take my list and shop for my house. He still hasn't deposited the IRS money.

At this point, with the cheating on me, porn and me using my disability checks to pay all the household costs, I an seriously considering filing for a legal separation. I pray that I am seeing clearly

I agree with Hislittleone. Do not hesitate. I was the caregiver for my husband who had brain cancer. We did not know when we got married that it was going to happen, but we both said those words "in sickness and in health" I was detemined to keep that vow and not only that one but to "love and cherish too," to his last breath.

I appreciate the kind words of support. I really got messed up for this month's bills. One of the creditors that I had tried to work with on my husband's behalf REALLY messed me up. I already have all the money I will get for this month and one creditor of my husbands did not cancel the direct debit. I asked them cancel the automatic withdrawal. They claim no request exists. I tried to get it back but. I put in a BBB complaint. So everything except rent is going to bounce. I could use your prayer in this situation. I had 3 creditor calls before 9 this morning. Life is going to be....complicated... for good long while financially, emotionally, and all the other -lly words May God bless you all.

WaitingforBoaz you are a very good spouse taking the "in sickness and in health" vow seriously despite the horrilble surprise of getting cancer. It's funny. I used my MS as a "scare off tactic." He reassured me by telling me about his diabetic, double amputee, grandmother and his TWO friends with MS. Anyway, he has left his love for the Lord and for me on the back burner. I am praying constantly for him. Even if he and I can't keep the marriage in tact, I want him to get to heaven.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!!
