I have worked in computers for 30+ years. I will discuss with our Children's Pastor about taking a major role in children's ministry. When I pray, God seems to tell me to quit working. We have 4 kids... 2 out of college and working and 2 at home. I want to do God's calling. I just don't always hear him, I think. I also want my husband and I in concert and we will pray together... when he has time. : )

I pray God give you wisdom, direction and discernment about what to do next. You do need to provide for your family, could you do the ministry and still work part-time or find another income earning opportunity?
