I just ate a bunch of junk food. At least it's a balanced diet of chocolate bar and cheese puffs. You really should eat healthy.

Do I have to be honest? Tell my most annoying relative how much I love and admire them? But what if I don't have any admiration for my most annoying relative? Then should I say the actual amount that I admire them?
