I usually buy whatever's on sale. But if I had a choice between the two I'd get Pepsi.
If I really had a choice, I'd get Dr. Pepper.

I have had bad Pepsi products before, but nothing bad enough to make me want to drink Coke...

2 votes Dr Pepper.

We'll just be unofficial about it.

It used to be a tossup, but when Coke changed to New Coke, and then went back, there was still a difference. so now it's Pepsi if I have to drink cola. I prefer Stewart's Root Beer, though.

Really Bill, I didn't notice that one at all.

RC Cola.

Reminds me of the commercials during the 80's where they said Russia now has both Coke and Pepsi, but some people would go the extra ways to get RC Cola instead!

Pepsi.

Coke as a fountain drink is fine, but I generally don't like how it tastes out of a can.

For some reason, I do not like the taste of Pepsi that comes from there 1 litter bottles as well. Also, there is just something about drinking soda from a can instead.

Pepsi. I'll drink Coke also, though. Coke does taste better post-mix (as you get it at places like McD's) although I must confess that I'll often drink Vanilla Coke (both ordinary and diet).

Two main reasons I usually choose Pepsi (I prefer Max, but ordinary Pepsi's fine):

1. It's usually cheaper;
2. I prefer it's "sharper edge". Coke tastes more syrupy...

Really, there is a price difference in Australia?

Ok, if you want to be picky about it!

COKE

Pepsi is disgusting. It tastes like coke zero, which tastes like coke without all the stomach-dissolving acid. Mmmmmmmmm acid.

My father-in-law got a great deal on some no-name cola one time - 8 for $1. (Yes, that works out to 12.5 cents each - for 2 liter bottles!) The stuff was BAD. He didn't taste anything wrong with it, but he got ribbed about that 12 cent cola for months!

You're welcome Tinkerbell.

My mom is absolutely crazy about some Dr. Pepper. She calls it her holy water. I was so proud of her because she just recently went an entire week without one.

But back to the poll, if Mountain Dew didn't exist, Pepsi would be known as awesomeness in a can.

I can take or leave Dr Pepper, seeing as how it is prune juice.

THAT's why older people endorse it.

Original Coke
New Coke
Classic Coke

Pepsi

Vernors

I grew up drinking RC cola and like it almost as well as Coke.

When New Coke came out 7-up made a "Like Cola" that from the local bottler was almost identical to Original Coke. I tried it from another bottler and it was horrid
