How long have you been on Crosswalk?
How many names have you had?
Would you care to list them?

A few years, but I'm not sure how many. The only time I change my name is when I add another year to my age; I did have another username (for Crosswalk) before everything merged.

I didn't say cause I can't remember lol. It was either honeybuttercup or honeybutter, but it was probably the first one. I would probably remember if I had actually logged in more. I used to eat honey butter (or regular butter) by itself when I was a kid; people call me buttercup now.

GMTA?

I only put that in my profile because you asked who was from California and I thought I could fool you into thinking that I wasn't from CA, even though I started the CA roll call thread! LOL!

That's OK, there's a couple of others that I went by that I can't remember!

I'm not sure how long I have been here. Since 8 June 2005 as Covaan. Before that, I was Abiyah (pronounced ah - vee - YAH, meaning G-d is my Father). I can only guess how long ago that was! I think I came on CW in about 1997 - 1999, maybe. I do know that I came to CW long before the Big Internet Change that knocked me off, until I bought a new computer. With the change, CW was just too much for the old computer. I was TOTALLY heartbroken!!

Oh -- and I have had a couple "privacy names."

Oh, Yeah! And my husband used to come on here, on rare occasion, as MtnWalker.

I started lurking in February of 2001 while recuperating from surgery. I started posting in June of 2001.

I've always been WhiteRoseBlessings (although in the beginning, my handle was in all lower case letters).

I've had at least 2 secret handles; the one I have now and one that I created a few years ago to play some practical jokes on some of my online friends (I've since forgotten the name of that particular handle).

I've loved the name Abiyah every time I've seen you post it. Its getting added to my list of names I like- DH may disagree with me.

My profile says I joined in 2005, but that's not quite right because I was here before I got married asking for advice, and that would have been 2004.
I was stacypro for quite a while. My first name is Stacy, and pro was the first 3 letters of my maiden name. After being married for 2 or so years I decided I needed a new name, and uponeagleswings it was, since my favorite verse in the Bible is Isaiah 40:31.

Well, I put the description of a sukkah over there, sort of. Everyone's is different. For NYC apt-dwellers, they build theirs on their balconies. There is a photo of that somewhere on the Internet.

Why, thank you!! it can be either a boy's or a girl's name.

I, too, remember Abiyah, but did not know that was you.
What does your present name mean?

that's because that's the date of the big merge (or the final merge into what it is now) where a lot of forums were combined and everyone had to resign up that day, so everyone's dates on there only go back to that date, no earlier.

I put what mine was, but didn't put the reason....my favorite scripture is "You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that you should show forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light"......so that's where the "peculiar" part comes from. It didn't sound right with "woman" after it (sounded too old) so I went with "lady" instead. (The "2" was added when I had trouble logging in after CW changed their format last year....I couldn't see the screen right and couldn't log in through other portals under that name, so I added a 2 and the rest is history)

I didn't realize that. I assumed it was a girl's name. A REALLY neat movie we found about Sukkot (or at least set during Sukkot) is called Ushpizin. Its subtitled, but definitely worth the extra effort.
