Okay, Miasma, I don't normally post in threads I have seen you in, but I do appreciate your opinions. I think you express yourself well.

I particularly agree with you about the misogyny. I expect to be dragged back to the cave by my hair at any moment.

I wish you would not stop posting, Bright primary colors help liven up the bland pastels that seem to control the landscape.

Anyone else around here think that Miasma does not match her name? So I think of her as having a little girl with a glorious flounce of curly, shining black har, big brown eyes, rosy cheeks, who wears Mary Janes without socks and a black jumper covered with tiny red flowers with rickrack at the pockets, no blouse, and she loves to run in a field and blow the dandelions.

I have curly brownish red hair, big blue eyes, rosy cheeks, I wear Mary Janes without socks, but no floral decor. I do love to run in fields, but I blow fire, not dandelions. I do have a yard full of dandelions, though, if anyone feels particularly mow-y.

miasma, now that you're here, could you explain your user name? And didn't you change to wabi sabi for a while?

Miasma is an old nickname of mine, from the goth scene. "Me-asmah." It also refers to a style of sound/music, also known as shoe-gazing.

I changed it when I thought maybe I'd try again (at posting).

Wabi-Sabi

If it wasn't for miasma, I wouldn't have stuck around CW back in the day and my return to the faith might have been seriously delayed--if it ever happened at all. (It's a long story, but she knows it. )

And here are a few things to say when people get on your nerves:

1. Ahhh. I see the screw-up fairy has visited us again.
2. I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce.
3. I see you've set aside this special time humiliate yourself in public.
4. I'll try being nicer if you'll try being smarter.
5. It looks like English, but I can't understand a word you're saying.
6. I like you. You remind me of when I was young and stupid.
7. I have plenty of talent and vision. I just don't care.
8. I will always cherish the initial misconceptions I had about you.
9. Thank you. We are all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view.
10. The fact that no one understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.
11. Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

I have no idea why I picked out that child for you, other than I though she would be the replica of you as a child. Just change the eye-color, I guess.

Oh, too great. I copied them down for future verbal use. Possibly for written use. But reality: I will never say them, but I sure will think them.

Oh, you should post those in Walker311's thread. I can get the link for you if you want. I haven't posted in it, but there's a lot of funny stuff in there.

It's funny, but I always knew what Miasma meant....

people really can get on my nerves. What I do is just stay in PFY and H & G. Safe for a little girl like me. But recently I've had a hankering to see people get mad at each other....
