I need prayers please...please.. My financial situation I thought was finally over after I got
paid 2 weeks ago. Well, I got paid today and now once again I had 5 NSF's, so here we go
again. I looked at my bank account and my paycheck hit my account, and it is completely
gone, rent is due tomorrow and it will bounce, I have not bought groceries, or paid my bills.
Some of my other bills did get paid and those are the NSF's but the bank paid them, those
bills are automatically drafted out each month, but my cell phone is 1 month behind also.
I am sitting here with my face in my hands crying, and I can not handle this anymore. I can not stay at my job, I have been looking and praying. I am just not making any money, I
took a huge pay cut but I had to take this job since I was going on for so long without a job.
I just can't stay there, but also, it is better for me to go anyway because I do not feel like I
belong there. I really don't feel like I fit in anyway.
I am drowning financially is what it feels like, the minute things look up, my entire check gets swallowed before it even hits my bank......
please please please pray for me...
Lord, I know I have sinned this week and I beg you for forgiveness. I repent of my sins, if I may
have said unkind words, unkind thoughts, said any curse words, please I ask for forgiveness of any sins that may be unconfessed sins that I am not aware of. I repent and ask for forgiveness of my sins for last nights actions Lord. I know I say I am sorry and then sin again, but I am really really trying to do right Lord. I ask for forgiveness for last night and this morning Lord. Please forgive me. I need you Lord, I am drowning, I need you and I just ask that you bring me back to my focused, strong self. Please give me that strength I need to get through this, keep me focused on doing right, keeping my eyes on you. Please Lord, provide a way for me to get my bills paid, and to get groceries, please provide me with a better paying job Lord. Whereever you want me to be please please put me there. I will keep going, I will keep trying, I will keep pushing forward to resist temptation, I promise I will try harder Lord. Please don't be angry with me Lord, Please know from my heart that I am sorry and I ask for forgiveness before I ask for your help and before I ask you to answer my prayers....I will first ask for you to forgive me....
I praise you Lord, Thank you....

Kc, God is NOT punishing you for some sin! If that was the case, all of us might be not making ends meet... but plenty of people who aren't even in Christ get along fine with jobs and bills.
For whatever reason, God has allowed you to go through this trial, but I do not believe He is punishing you.
Father God, please comfort and help KC! Lord many of us here know what it is to experience financial hardship and lack of work. We look to You as the Provider Lord, as Jesus told us You know we need stuff from day to day (or words to that effect) and would provide. So I ask You to open the way for more income for KC. I ask You to make a way to cover debts so that they be no more. I ask You to give KC wisdom and direction in how to approach both finances and work situation. I ask You to give her a neat job that covers her weekly commitments plus extra.
I also ask You to fill her being with peace right now. Dear Holy Spirit, please come upon her and refresh her and strengthen her. Make a way Lord.

Thank you for such sweet and heart felt prayers. I really appreciate them so so much. I know I have to keep reminding myself that God isn't punishing me, I know he hates sin, but he isn't punishing me. I just had to clear my heart and mind to ask for forgiveness of my sins before I ask the Lord to answer a prayer or give me a blessing..

and i honestly feel like you care.

life is stressful, huh? money is stressful!
i just read your prayer and i'm crying. i really am.
i guess because that same prayer reflects some of my prayers.
god is not punishing you. he's not angry with you, kc. he's not at all. he KNOWS we're going to act out, he KNOWS we're going to get angry. I mean, i do a lot of things I shouldn't do and i go to god begging for his forgiveness. and then i feel that He's angry at me. that's satan...that's all satan. god is NOT angry with you. he LOVES you. and he knows that you're trying your hardest to walk with Him. God focuses on the heart, he doesn't look at the actions.
and i KNOW that your heart is in the right place.
like i said, you are awesome! if satan is filling your head with lies, rebuke them.
god thinks you're awesome! i hope everything works out with ya. i truly do. you deserve the best. :)

Hey KC,
Please, don't quit your job until you find a better one, ok? Be strong in the Lord on that. When the job stinks, smile, and say to yourself I LOVE my job. Right now a little income is better than none.
Everyone else has prayed so well on this that I just pray in extra agreement.

kc - I'm still praising God for how He is turning bc's life around to reflect His glory. A few weeks ago, bc was feeling deflated in a different way and now I read the post bc has posted to encourage you - God is good - He will help you too.

How could this verse not jump out at us... ^_^
This is hard, it is a heavy and difficult situation and I am so sorry that you are having to walk thru it. But you have poured your heart out to God and asked him to search you, and he is faithful to forgive. I love that you said you were clearing your heart... I was thinking as you began repenting in your post that it was a cleansing, a preparation spiritually and mentally, before asking God to pour his blessings into your heart and body and spirit. You've asked, now watch for the answer. It was on it's way before you even posted this prayer. The enemy can fight it's arrival all he wants, but God's word will prevail and his will will be accomplished in your life.
Be strong and courageous... how out of reach those words can seem at times... especially when we sit in the floor of our room and cry from those deep places of our soul... but Christ brings them to us. If we choose them, he will make sure that we possess them... that courage... that strength... there is a way to get thru this, God has promised. He will show you how, he will work all things for your good. I believe it and I claim it and I agree with your heart because I know you know it. But for now.... cry, repent, prepare, believe, and be watching. I have no idea what it will look like, but I am believing God to intervene in this in big ways. Bunches of love to you kc. This is tuff <3

Father, what a precious beautiful woman of God. Here is your daughter, your little girl that you love so very very much... Gather her up in your arms and carry her close to your heart according to Isaiah 40:11. Guide her in all things, show her how to walk this difficult transition in her life. This new job, or a different job, whatever you have planned, there is a place for her to fit and we ask that you would reveal that place to her. Give her joy in her current work, even if the job and the people around her do not know you or they fail to reflect you, give kc joy... unexplained, unexpected joy, day to day, thought to thought, step by step. In the name of Jesus.
You own all things Father. You possess all wisdom. There is so much we do not understand, so much hardship faced by good people, your people, those that love you with their whole heart and with the core of their very being. Here is kc, she cries out to you, and we join our voices with hers, we ask that you would intervene in this situation. Show her the path of wisdom in this... show her miracles... show her whatever your heart desires... show her the good things that you have prepared and let them flood her life to overflowing. Open doors for her, let your favor be abundant in every area of her life as she seeks to do your will. Renew a right heart and a right spirit within her. Empower her to trust you and to fear nothing but the Lord. Bless her Father, beyond anything she could have imagined. Light the path that you would have her to walk... bring your word to her remembrance and lead her in the way that she should go... one step at a time. In the name of Jesus.
We rebuke every spirit of hell that is hindering what God has planned for her, in the name of Jesus. We claim the authority given to us by our Lord and Savior, and we command every discouraging and intimidating spirit to be silent and to flee from her. In the name of Jesus.

OH LORD, I HAVE THE BEST FAMILY HERE. THEY ARE SO LOVING, CARING AND CONCERNED. I FEEL THEIR PRAYERS FROM THE HEART. I JUST CRIED SITTING HERE READING EVERY SINGLE PRAYER FOR ME. FROM BEACHCOOKY, ONEJOHN, SELAHGIRL, LITTLE1, ANNANAN, CONRACK50..
I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH..Thank you for your sweet, heartfelt prayers. Money can just be such a horrible thing in my eyes. I am sick of worrying about it. My neck and should had done so much better this entire week from my accupunctor treatments. 2 days ago all the stress started coming back into my neck again, well I couldn't go to my appt this morning cuz I don't have the money. But, that's ok, I am still using heat, and taking the herbs the dr gave me. I am also going to sell my car, so that I can get something else and get cheaper monthly payments. My payments are very high, and I really don't need such a fancy car. So, my friend is going to help me try to get it sold. I am going to go look at some cars today. I am also going to try to lower some monthly bills this weekend too. I am just going to keep pressing forward....
Lord, thank you so much for such a loving wonderful christian family!! I praise you and thank you lord for bringing me here and bringing these awesome people into my life! I just pray to you Lord that you keep me focused, keep my eyes on you, give me strength and the wisdom I need to keep my head on straight and do the right thing. I do not want to keep falling off track and doing the wrong thing and then getting up again. I know you want me to give up my situation, and I look to you Lord. Thank you for the things you HAVE brought into my life to show me, teach me and make me learn from my mistakes. I praise you for the trials and tribulations that you have put in my life, because I know that you want to know that I trust in you and have faith in you that YOU ALONE will get me through this....This is a test and I know what you are doing in my life Lord....Put me whereever you want me Lord, please put me in the job you want for me, help me get through this financial bind Lord.

I have to have a little budget, or I forget things, or I forget things that are automatically withdrawn. It really helps, even if you just jot it down on a piece of paper....
Maybe that could be a help to you, too.

Wow, my friends, you are just so amazing to me! I love you all so much, thank you for
your prayers...Your words touched my heart and I was all teary reading your prayers. But
they were happy tears this time!!
Believe this, my prayer was answered the very next day after I posted this. The Lord is
awesome, even though I have known this, I can confirmed 1,000%, that when I begged
and prayed for the Lord to help me, he answered double!!! He was really there when I
needed him and he heard your prayers for me.
I want to say to each of you---Nan, Lock58, Gowiththeflow, dawnofthemorning, peaceofgod,beachcooky, barbi, caseyp, sparkleingsnow,dianet, selahgirl, little 1, anna, conrack50, onejohn410, dagmarharris, keabird, chrystalJ----you are such an awesome
family, you are always there when I need prayers, but you know I am really making a
conscious effort to make sure I praise God no matter what, whether I am in the middle of
something devastating, or something happy. God has done everything for me, and he has
put me through tests to show himself to me, I realize that the more I praise him, the more
it fills me inside and I know he wants to hear me praise him. I am so blessed to have such
an awesome family here and I love every one of you.
Lord thank you for the blessings in my life, thank you for answering my prayers, thank you
for the trials in my life, thank you for making me realize what all these tests were for...
I praise you Lord....

I didn't respond but I read it and am glad everything worked out for you! Don't put anything on automatic payment until you go several months with your balance being correct!
I used to overdraft too but i am doing better with it. Don't worry some of us aren't perfect with handling our money but eventually you get better at it. Just write it down as soon as its spent.
Quicken helps a ton too!
