Visited my grandmother today she has been doing research on where she wants to go. There is a really nice place close where we live; http://www.hawaiikai1.com/

In way it will. As I said in my blog my grandmother is a very social person. And living in a place that she make friends (and does not feel like she is a burden) will be really great for her. And probably help her regain her sterength.

That's a great retirement home Sarah! I've interviewed there before. They have everything including transportation, outings and much physical and social support. It's very high class. But yeah, this will all help too in keeping your uncle's strong will at bay. If she is not in his home, he has no say. So John and I went to the new apartment today and put up some wall art. We bought several things today too for the new place. Hi ds! Great to hear from you and that dancing is helping you relieve some stress! I didn't realize Rach was getting married so soon. How cool! But I take it things are still a little stressful at work? Maaan. I haven't gone to the dentist yet and I better before my cavity gets worse. It's so easy to put off a dentist appointment. Ugh.

Glad you're getting your new home all comfy-cozy, Trish! Exciting, isn't it?

I have decided to stay out threads about weather Christians should drink or should not alcohol. They get too legalistic.

I think John is just really excited. He's moving in first a month before the wedding. The good side about being excited about moving right away is that we will be able to leave ad cleave from the very beginning. With the way my parents are, pushing it is good thing for both them and us. I have to fight off my mom buying me every single thing we need. Several things maybe but not EVERYTHING. John and I need to "earn" our way into our marriage not be handed it on a silver platter.

ORIGINAL: bride48 Do you have to be completely moved before the wedding? If not, make it a lesser priority. Right now, you have a wedding to put on, and that's a huge undertaking! Interesting that she uses the terms 'wedding' and 'undertaking' in the same sentence.

But John's now first (except for the Lord, of course), and your parents' wishes must be secondary to his. I'm proud of you, Trish. You're making some excellent decisions!
