Mike, yes, they are closed by the time we get the email . . . but, you (as in the person who initiated the report) can open the ticket back up. The moderators can also re-open the ticket, if necessary. I'm going by memory; lessee . . . you can click on the "subject" which is the "reason" you stated for the report. I believe that the subject will be bolded. That will open the ticket back up. Then, once the ticket is open, you can scroll down to the bottom of that screen - and there will be a text box that you can write comments in and such. Right above the text box is where the "rating question" is - asking if the moderator was helpful. Once you click on the "ok" button at the bottom of the text box, it will be resent as an "opened ticket," so the moderator can then read any comments you left. Right above the rating question (about in the middle of the screen) is the string of notes between the reporter (you) and the moderator. The first note, of course, will be the original report. Any subsequent notes will be the sequence of communication between you and the moderator. Uhm, moderators . . . is this basically correct? [:D]
