My daughter has photoshop elements 3.0 on our family computer and has been using it for a few years, but now all of a sudden it won't work. She even tried re-installing it. Any suggestion as to why and how to get it to work again? WinXP

The box that says it is loading comes on and even says it is done, but it never launches the program. It also use over 90% of our computers ram.
