How do you get past a husband that is unfaithful? My husband was emotionally unfaithful to me, if it was worse I have no proof of it.
We are together and he is doing so much better now but how do I get over the trust and security he ripped away?
I need pray for the anger and hurt, and the non trust I have now.
He needs prayer that he will turn everything over to the Lord in his life. Please pray, and if anyone else has been through this please talk to me~

All glory and honor go to God.
I had a worse experience and my heart goes out to you. My husband was actually having an affair with a woman, at the time was my best friend. He'd filed for a divorce only 4 days after leaving. We were happily married for 10yrs, had 2 sons and was building a house. That was all before God and our Savior were accepted by us.
I got saved during the separation, he got saved 3 weeks later after he saw the change that Jesus made in me. Then our 2 boys followed by our example. Alot has happened since June 2006 when he left. We've moved, let the bank have our old place, renewed our wedding vows and are active in our Church.
We haven't looked back since and the Lord has turned my husband around drastically. And now my family is seeing Jesus in me as well.

I have been there. My husband was unfaithful for the first three years of our marriage, with many different women. One of those infidelities also resulted in the birth of my stepson, so "our" past is obvious to all who know us, which brings its own set of issues. He has since been saved and we will celebrate our 10 year anniversary in January. We are not through all that we need to walk through, I'm sure, but God's restoration of our marriage is amazing and I am so thankful for it!
