What Are Your Benefits?

Do you realize the benefits you have been given in Christ?

Think about your current job. If you work full-time, the position probably comes with benefits. And a good thing, too, considering the cost of healthcare and the demands of insurance companies!

In Christ, your benefits abound. David blesses the Lord in Psalm 103, remembering all of his benefits. Here are just a few:

• The Lord forgives all your iniquity (v.3).
• The Lord heals all your diseases (v.3).
• The Lord redeems your life from the pit (v.4).
• The Lord crowns you with steadfast love and mercy (v.4).
• The Lord satisfies you with good (v.5).
• The Lord remembers that you are dust (v.14). 

And on and on the list of benefits goes! I challenge you to make this your Scripture reading today, and then soak in the wonder of your identity in Christ. 

Forget not all His benefits!
