Trusting God to Step Out on Faith – Beloved Women – September 27, 2024

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV)
TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT
Taking a step of faith can be completely daunting. We want to know how everything will work out before we step out. However, Hebrews 11:2 reminds us what faith really is: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV)
If we could see the next step we wouldn’t be operating in faith. Like an escalator, the next step is coming even if we don’t see it. What you’re hoping for is not on the other side of knowing exactly how life will play out. It’s on the other side of faith. It’s putting ourselves out there knowing God won’t let us fall. We may not get the clarity, provision, or understanding we crave until we step out on faith. So what are you waiting for? Take that step of faith today!
PRAY
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for ordering my steps. I pray for encouragement to step out on faith to see all You have for my life. In Jesus Christ Name, I pray. Amen.
REFLECT
How are you stepping out on faith in this season of your life?
