Living in Me

At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. John 14:20 NKJV
God promises me that He will be with me! He is living in me because I am a daughter of the King. His Word tells me that He is in the Father and I am in Him and He is in me. This sounds confusing at first, but when you break it down piece by piece, it's amazing.
Once I asked Jesus to be my Lord and Savior, He sent the Holy Spirit to live in me. I am in Him because I am His. He is in me, because I invited Him into my heart. He is in the Father because He is Three in One.
Wow! What a promise and what an amazing realization when we really grasp that our Heavenly Father lives in us.
He guides and directs our lives daily. He is always with us no matter what. Whether it's a good day, a bad day or just an ordinary day. If you are a child of God, He is living in you! Praise His Name!
On the days when life's a struggle, He is there to hold us and walk through the storm or trial with us. On the good days, when we are on the mountain tops, He is there with us allowing the blessings to flow. On the ordinary, middle of the road days, He is still there giving us exactly what we need.
I am thankful for this promise that He is in the Father, I am in Him and He is in me. He will be with me, whatever comes my way. As I spend time in His presence, I realize He is dwelling within me! One day I will see Him face to face. Praise His Holy Name.
Let me encourage you today. God wants to be with you and help you with every situation in your life. If it matters to you, it matters to God. He loves you that much. He came to save us and be with us. He is dwelling within us until He returns.
As a child of the King, you have the Holy Spirit dwelling within you. Take time today to sit and be still. Feel the Holy Spirit's presence in you. Allow Him to speak during these quiet moments with Him.
Dear Lord, I pray today that we will take a few moments, not to ask for anything, but just to be still. May we allow Your Holy Spirit's Presence to fill our souls, to refuel us and refresh our spirits. Let us know that You are dwelling within us to help and guide in every moment of our lives. Thank You Jesus for Your Presence. Amen
