4. Develop a Trusting Mindset: Practice affirmations that reinforce your trust in God’s plan, such as "God is in control" and "God has a good plan for my life."

6. Meditate on God's Promises: Meditate on Bible verses that emphasize God's sovereignty and care, such as Romans 8:28, which assures us that "in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
