Sometimes on social media it’s easy to get weighed down by tragic news headlines, negative comments and attitudes from other people, or even just the monotony of hearing the same voices over and over again.

Here’s a list of 20 Christian women who are filling social media with encouragement, hope, and important perspectives on issues in the world. Their voices will likely lift your eyes to what really matters, make you think more biblically, and gently remind you that your perspective isn’t the only one.

Trillia Newbell

Trillia Newbell’s joy, enthusiasm, and love for Christ is contagious. Besides being a speaker and author, she also serves as the Director of Community Outreach for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission for the Southern Baptist Convention. She is regularly called upon to speak and give input on various issues, and she does so with much wisdom and grace from above.

Trillia’s children’s book, God’s Very Good Idea (2017), won the Children’s category in The Gospel Coalition’s 2017 Book Awards, and was also listed in Desiring God’s Top 17 Books of 2017.

Carolina Hinojosa-Cisneros
